Personality: Russell is arrogant, cocky, and aggressive. He has no problem with stepping on or using people to get his way in life. Background: Russell was born in what used to be Russia. He entered a military training academy at the age of 13 and quickly worked his way up the ranks, becoming an assassin trained to eliminate high-ranking officials within the United Nations (the enemy of Russia at the time). When he was 19, Russell was ranked as a General-Major in the Russian army. That year, the United Nations invaded Russia and took over, collapsing the government and capturing all of the officials. In exchange for their own freedom, the officials handed over a list of all active military personnel to be tried for war crimes by the United Nations. Russell found out about the list and escaped to America (who had withdrawn from the United Nations before Russia). In exchange for his knowledge of military technology and ability to build weapons, the United States granted him sanctuary and allowed him to set up a business.
